We were brought in on the project once the shell had been constructed to complete a concept for the interiors that could carried throughout the property and then taken through in to detailed design which included Space planning, furniture planning, architectural joinery, lighting design, bathroom design and visualisation of interior spaces.

 

Ground Floor - Entrance Hallway with Coral Reef Aquarium, Dining Room, Formal Lounge, Family Lounge, Show kitchen, Cooks Kitchen, Utility Room, Guest Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom office.

First Floor – Master Bedroom with walk in Dressing Room and En Suite bathroom, Second Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom, Third Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom, Fourth Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom.

Second Floor – Gym & Entertainment Space, Sauna with En Suite Bathroom, Staff Quarters with En Suite Bathroom, Plant Room.
