For this luxurious split level apartment (Basement and First Floor) in West London, we were appointed to space plan and conceive a family home comprising of 2 bedrooms (1 with an Ensuite) and large family entertainment space including kitchen. As part of the design brief we were tasked with making the space unique to maximise the return on investment if ever the apartment was sold.
